Here at the Towey's Academy of Martial Arts, we teach the 3 major facets of martial arts fighting (Striking, Throws/Take-downs & Grappling) into one extremely effective method. You will also learn of the three facets of martial arts (Physical, Spiritual & Mental Well-Being) which will define your overall ability to achieve your highest potential and become a true warrior. Becoming a true warrior r

equires you to harness your mind, body, and soul's full potential through the development of all three facets of this ancient and sacred art form. Our instructors teach their students that they must strive to become better citizens and learn to amplify their lives and the people, places, and things around them through the teachings of martial arts. To be a positive effect on their community and world, and send good and positive energy through everyone and everything they come in contact with.
