This Month’s Hole Spotlight: Hole 10 – Hangman
A downhill par 4 that invites a bold tee shot. Go deep and stay left of the tall hanging tree just right of the fairway—or play it safe by throttling back short of the two fairway bunkers on the left. On your approach, aim anywhere but the very deep pot bunker guarding the front of the green. Smart strategy pays off on this one.

Our Mamma Mia sing-along was pure magic — big voices, huge smiles, and nonstop high-energy fun from start to finish! The room was buzzing. The food? Fabulous. The costumes and dance moves? Unforgettable.

A huge shout-out to every single Superstar who showed up, sang your heart out, and brought the fun.

Souper Bowl Cook-Off Recap

The BoomXers Souper Bowl Cook-Off on Sunday, February 1, was a huge hit, bringing together great food, friendly competition, and Super Bowl spirit with more than 160 neighbors in attendance. Sixteen talented community chefs served up a delicious variety of soups, stews, gumbos, and chilis—many adding festive décor and themed outfits to match their dishes.

A panel of celebrity judges—Chef Michael, Edward (F&B Director), Linda and Reid (HOA Board Icons)—awarded first, second, and third place, while attendees voted for the People’s Choice Award. Kim Schnitzer was the big winner, taking both First Place and People’s Choice for her Hotsy Totsy Creamy Chicken Soup. Second place went to Susie Sickel for her Crock Pot Chili, and third place to Cindy O’Brien for Cinzia’s Lasagna Italiano Soup.

A big thank-you to all 16 chefs for their creativity and enthusiasm, and special appreciation to Lee Laux and Kathy Laux —for helping to make this fun, flavorful community event such a success.

The neighbors on Medinah Drive have chosen Kindness as our neighborhood theme for the year, and we recently brought that vision to life with the first monthly "Kindness Coffee" event! It was a fun morning filled with warm brews, homemade treats, and great conversation.

We are pleased to feature Claudia Davis as our February 2026 Pickleball Player of the Month!

Claudia and her husband, Jim, moved to Heritage Ranch three years ago after many years in Bend, Oregon. Once here, she finally took up pickleball and quickly found it to be a favorite way to stay active and connect with others. Pickleball has played a big role in helping Claudia build lasting friendships and fully enjoy all that Heritage Ranch has to offer.
