DOUBLE Great News! Fairview details will be available in the next week.... but meanwhile, as of the last event, The Active Joe has now given over $250,000 over the short lifetime of the company to such deserving and amazing charitable organizations!! Thank you to every race entrant who helped make it happen - and now let's keep it up! Our next race is the Cross Timbers Trail Run just over an hour north of Dallas on February 22. On beautiful trails along Lake Texoma's shore, you can hike or run a 5 miler, half marathon, marathon or 50K ultramarathon on race day! Finishing the race financials, and it was such a great race day — $4,660 of your entry fees will be going to 5 different charities. The largest beneficiary is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, who manned all of the aid stations on both the 5K and half marathon courses!
So far this year, we’ve given over $11,000 to charities out of 3 races so far!
