One of the biggest lies in fitness is that healthy people never enjoy a beer.
They do.
The difference is that healthy people don't build their lives around beer.
This Bud Light isn't helping me get fit.
But it's also not undoing the workout I did this morning.
It's not erasing the protein I ate today.
It's not cancelling out years of healthy habits.
The problem isn't the occasional beer on a beautiful patio.
The problem is when occasional becomes daily, and daily becomes a habit.
At LTGF, we've never been about perfection.
We're about building habits that allow you to enjoy life without constantly starting over on Monday.
We live right. Not perfect.
