Hello all!

It’s been a minute since I’ve been active on this page. As I’ve shared, I stepped away from coaching to pursue a new venture and since then, I’ve been immersed in the world of social media.

During my time coaching at RIT, I also managed the team’s social media, and that’s where I discovered my passion for it.

🚀I’ve launched Garnet Social Studio.

Garnet offers social media management for businesses, schools, and sports programs - with a special understanding of what teams and athletic programs need to grow and stand out.

I’d love to connect and talk about how I can support your team or program.

2 adjustable height plyo boxes (flip for various heights)
18 training hoops: 8 red, 5 yellow, 5 blue
1 Diving mat
2 Sklz speed ladders w/bag & spikes
3 Agora speed ladders w/bags & spikes
18 Nike Academy Team Balls - size 5 w/Nike ball bag
11 Nike size 4 balls w/Nike ball bag
2 Soccer Med Balls size 5 (2lbs. each)
7 small training balls (size 2/3)

To my GKPT community,

I began Goalkeeper Performance Training five years ago after finishing my Advanced National Goalkeeper diploma. My goal was to give players an opportunity to learn the position, train at a high level, and grow as goalkeepers. It was important to me to create a positive platform and voice for all goalkeepers.

I built GKPT from the ground up and instantly received positive responses, excitement and support from goalkeepers and families.

My ultimate joy came through meeting players and watching them develop, build confidence, and move their game to the next level.

Each goalkeeper brought a unique gift. I embraced these gifts along the way and have loved my time with each player I’ve had the opportunity to coach.

With much gratitude, I have decided to end GKPT. As I will always love the game and goalkeeping, I no longer have the passion for weekly trainings.

I find myself wanting to spend more time with my children on evenings and weekends instead of committing to trainings. As all coaches know very well - evenings and weekends are prime time for trainings!

I am ready and thankful to move on.

I will miss all of you. All the incredible goalkeepers, supportive families and coaches I’ve been blessed to work with along my five year journey.

Thank you for your endless support. Thank you for your positive words. And most of all, thank you for trusting me with your children. It’s been a true privilege and an incredible opportunity - one I will always cherish.

To my goalkeepers - remember to believe in yourself, listen to your own voice and always follow your heart!

I look forward to more family time, future adventures, and fulfilling new passions!
