- Serving up my new tank top for ! "Wow, you actually look like a in that shirt!" Gee, thanks, I think. =P

- This is what happens when your super talented spouse () is setting up a photography studio and wants to test his new light...right now. "Take off your shirt and stand over there. Now flex!" I had literally just walked in the door carrying our groceries. Backdrops and more lights will be delivered this week. We're both looking to improve on either side of the camera.

- Throwing up a pose after a decent arm workout. It's been challenging lately because I've developed severe tendinitis and golfers elbow. I'm trying to identify which exercises aggravate it and swap them out. Overhead dumbbell press for triceps seems to be a culprit. So frustrating when you're making progress to have these roadblocks put in your way! But, it's about to be the weekend! Yay!

seems more appropriate than for this post. Facebook (now that it's back online) reminded me of this image from March 15, 2011 - 8 years ago. There I weighed 249. The image I posted yesterday, I weighed 250. It is exceptionally sobering to see that in 8 years of hard work, countless hours in the gym, and downing countless calories and supplements that I'm practically the same, possibly worse.
-
On the other hand, some might say that's a victory! How many guys would love to still look like they did when they were 8 years younger? I'm unsure.
