Indiana Beasts 14U-Fury

10/18/2026

Not the weekend we wanted, but this game has a funny way of throwing learning curves our way. We’ll take the lessons, put in the work, and come back better in a couple of weeks! 💪🏼🥎

But for now, let’s talk about the GOOD things from this weekend! 🖤💚

🌟 Aleah & Ava were both recognized by opposing teams as Players of the Game this weekend!

Aleah showed up in the circle with some great pitching performances, while Ava made some solid plays at shortstop, put the ball in play, and even took a hard-hit ball to the back. But she got right back up for her team and walked it off like nothing happened… after a couple of minutes, of course! 😂💪🏼

⛓️ BEAST CHAIN RECIPIENT: ALEAH! ⛓️

Aleah earned the Beast Chain this weekend for her work in the circle and her solid at-bats throughout the weekend! This is something she has been working toward for a while now, and it’s about time she got her hands on it! 👏🏼

What stood out to me most was how Aleah carried herself, battled through the weekend, and continued to show up for her teammates.

I’m incredibly proud of both Aleah and Ava for stepping up as leaders and making an impact that didn’t go unnoticed by others. Recognition from opposing teams says a lot about the type of players and teammates they are becoming!

We may not have gotten the results we wanted, but there are always positives to take away. Back to work, Beasts! 🥎💚🖤

THE BEAST CHAIN IS BACK — new, upgraded, and already well earned. 😤⛓️🔥

Ali was the first one to bring it home after an absolute WEEKEND.

She was a BEAST behind the plate, dropped some nasty bunts (per usual), ripped a true inside-the-park HOME RUN, and even slid around the catcher to get a run across. She showed up and made things happen all weekend long. 💪

But it wasn’t just what she did individually. Ali was constantly cheering her teammates on, communicating in the field, bringing energy, and stepping up as a leader. She helped this team win games.

And the best part? We’re only getting started. 👀

This group is learning how to compete for EACH OTHER, celebrate EACH OTHER, and play like a true TEAM. When everybody wants the girl next to them to succeed just as badly as they want it for themselves… that’s when something special starts building.

Congrats, Ali — way to SET THE TONE. 💙💚🔥

What a way to finish our season. 💙💚

This week, our girls finished 3rd at Nationals and were honored with the Sportsmanship Award. We couldn’t be more proud.

This season wasn’t always easy. There were bumps in the road, challenges to overcome, and plenty of moments that tested us. Coming into the year as a brand-new team made up of mostly rec ball players, we knew there would be a lot of learning and growing to do.

Watching these girls grow—not just as softball players, but as teammates and young women—has been the biggest win of all. The way they responded to the adversity they faced earlier this week showed so much character, resilience, and heart.

We may not have had the winning record we hoped for, but anyone who truly understands sports knows that wins and losses don’t define a season. Championships are incredible, but the growth, development, friendships, and lessons learned along the way are what last forever.

Thank you to our players, families, and everyone who supported us this season. We are incredibly thankful for this group and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Until next season… 💙💚
