MURPH 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

So grateful for the opportunity to move our bodies, challenge ourselves, and do hard things together.

But even more grateful for the men and women who are willing to show up, serve, sacrifice, and put their lives on the line so that we have the freedom to do things like this.

Today’s workout was hard but it’s a privilege to choose hard things.

Thank you to everyone who showed up this morning, pushed themselves, encouraged the people around them, and remembered the reason behind MURPH.

A pretty special way to spend Labor Day with an even more special community. 🫶🏼

Carly Gustafson's comeback made it official. After finding herself down 5-2 in the second set to Belle Plaine's Elise Davidson, Gustafson rallied quickly to her strengths, winning five straight points to secure the match victory.
This match victory notched the Cardinals’ second win of the day during their home triangular competition last Saturday.
