We’re currently accepting enrollments for the following tumbling classes! Whether your athlete is just getting started or ready to advance their skills, we have a class for them.

⭐ Important: All class requests must be approved before attending, and you must speak with a staff member prior to enrollment to ensure your athlete is placed in the appropriate class based on their current skill level.

No Holds Athletics will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day. We hope everyone has a safe, fun, and relaxing holiday with family and friends. Classes will resume as scheduled following the holiday. 🇺🇸

📣 NO HOLDS ATHLETICS SUMMER CHEER CAMP 📣

📅 July 13–15

Join us for 3 days of cheer, tumbling, jumps, stunts, games, and fun!

⏰ Camp Times:
• July 13 & 14

Ages 3–7: 5:00–6:30 PM
Ages 8–18: 6:30–8:30 PM

• July 15 (Showcase Day)

All athletes arrive at 5:30 PM
Doors open at 6:15 PM
Showcase begins at 6:30 PM

⭐ All 3 days are required to participate in the showcase.
⭐ Every athlete receives a camp t-shirt to wear during the showcase.
⭐ Please bring water and clean athletic shoes each day.

💲 Camp Cost:
• $60 per athlete
• $50 for siblings

✅ Open to ages 3–18
✅ No experience necessary
✅ All skill levels welcome

Join No Holds Athletics for three action-packed days of acrobatics, tumbling, strength training, skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building! Whether you’re brand new to the sport or looking to improve your current skills, this camp is designed to challenge, inspire, and help every athlete grow.

⭐ PARENT SHOWCASE – JUNE 20TH

Athletes must arrive at 9:30 AM for warmups and final preparations before the showcase.

🚪 Doors Open to Families & the Public: 10:15 AM
🎉 Showcase Begins: 10:30 AM

Athletes will be dismissed immediately following the showcase.

All three days of camp are mandatory for participation in the Parent Showcase.

👕 CAMP T-SHIRT INCLUDED

Every athlete will receive an official camp t-shirt to wear during our Parent Showcase on June 20th.

💧 WHAT TO BRING

Water bottle for scheduled water breaks
Clean athletic shoes for tumbling and acrobatics activities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn!

💰 CAMP PRICING

$60 per athlete
$50 per sibling

A $10 deposit is required after your registration request has been approved through our IClassPro portal.

The remaining balance may be:

Paid in cash upon arrival on the first day of camp, or
Added to your athlete’s IClassPro account upon request.

Whether your athlete is just getting started or looking to perfect their skills, we have classes and private instruction available for all experience levels. Our programs focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, strength, flexibility, and proper technique in a fun and positive environment.
