SWIPE to see if you have a "GROWTH MINDSET" or "LIMITED MINDSET". It starts w/ self discipline in every area of your life, your goals, passions, desires ect. Self disciplined people are most likely confident, feel in control of life, less anxious, acheive goals, feel proud for achieving what you set out to do or committed to completing to better yourself be it physically, socially, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and so on. Self discipline does not come naturally for all people BUT you CAN LEARN how to become self disciplined in critical areas or all areas of your life!
Lets be real, for some people it's NOT EASY nor does it come naturally. It may be easier to not set goals or complete them. "GIVING UP" or saying "I WILL TRY" when something is challenging. STOP SAYING I WILL TRY, it's=to NOT taking it seriously or you feel you won't succeed/❤ not in it 100%. Maybe lacking motivation + focus + loose sight of why you started something, then feel guilt when you fail to complete it.
Learning how to become self disciplined does NOT have to be stressful or difficult. Understanding by nature what your MINDSET is, see NEXT SLIDE. Giving yourself a better understanding of where your starting point is can help to ease yourself into consistent SUCCESS by setting small goals that you KNOW YOU CAN ACHIEVE and won't take you long to finish.This builds your self confidence and what your capable of.
