Alchemy.with.A recently came into Fit Formula and guided us through an incredible breathwork session—and the shift in the room was something you could truly feel. 🧘‍♀️✨

Breathwork isn’t simply “taking deep breaths.” It’s an opportunity to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with yourself.
