First Haul of new cardio Equipment for the expansion into phase III of Bolton Athletic Club!! The new machines include state-of-the-art Lift climber, ski machines and stationary bikes, designed to enhance the workout experience for all members. With this expansion, we aim to accommodate more fitness enthusiasts and provide a wider variety of training options. The installation is set to be completed inthe next 30 days, and we can't wait for our members to experience the upgraded facilities. We are thrilled to announce that Bolton Athletic Club has a new personal trainer available! Will Mentzer has joined our team, he is a physical therapist at Thomas Hospital where he works in the acute care setting. Will has been practicing for over 25 years and is passionate about the science behinds the body’s movement. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Bucknell University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Mobile.

Will is available to do both group and individual personal training sessions at Bolton Athletic Club.
Basis of his training program is rooted in balance and variety concept. “We need a little bit of everything.. Cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core work.”

We are thrilled to announce the latest member of our team! Meet Alicia Miles. Alicia brings her experience as an athlete for over 30 years to BAC. She has been a certified Les Mills Instructor teaching 6 to 8 classes a week for the last four years, with top member attendance in her classes averaging 20-30 members. She is certified in LesMills Bodypump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, BodyStep and LesMills Shapes. Along with teaching she worked with at team of 30 instructors as the Group Fitness Manager at a large gym in Mobile. Please help welcome Alicia to the Bolton Athletic Club!
