It’s important to “finish strong.” 2.5 months until 2025. Let me help you manage stress throughout the holidays and keep you from saying, “F it” until the New Year (don’t do that 👎).

I have VERY few spots in my Women’s Small Groups (2-4 ppl) available through the end of the year/foreseeable future. Training days are M/W/F.

630a: one opening (2x/week)
730a: two openings (2-3/week)
830a: one opening (2-3/week)
11:00a: two openings (2x/week)
430p: two openings (2x/week)

If I haven’t made it loud and clear, I’m having a baby!!! But that doesn’t mean the work stops, we’ve got goals to reach! 💪🏻

If you’ve been curious to train with me at The Pit or are just ready to get moving again/try something new, now’s a good time to dip in your toes at a discounted rate.

I’m building taylor’d 6 week programs (get it ☺️). Whatever your fitness level, whatever the goal, whatever the equipment and space, I will give you step by step instruction, accountability and assistance.

Train 2-4 days per week. 45-60min workouts. Repeat the same workouts weekly with specific progressions whether it’s an increase in weight and/or reps or exercise variation. Reach me daily via text and an in depth check-in once per week.

Not only will you see improvement in your mind and body, build strength, improve your form and performance, you will learn the why and how behind exercise selection and programming in hopes that with or without me you continue to grow and achieve. Remember, this is about a lifestyle change - not a 6 week challenge.
