Movement as medicine…what a radical concept! Has it ever occurred to you that you may not be feeling your best because you lack daily movement? Our lifestyles have become so sedentary that our bodies are deteriorating!

Did you know any amount of movement is good for you? It is recommended to get 150 mins per week which translates to 30 mins, 5 days a week!
That movement can be spilt up throughout the day so really, don’t you think it’s time to stop with the excuses?
