Joining our classes keeps you moving keeps you motivated and most of all keeps you healthy!! We won't break the bank on you either.
We have had people come join us to get comfortable in the "do it yourself" gyms. They have taken what they have learned here and applied it there❤️
We have gotten people back to walking FOR EXERCISE!
We have introduced those who have never worked out before to ACTUALLY WORKING OUT AND LOVING IT❤️
Mon/Wed BGS at 630pm -A total body 45min workout keeps you going. Makes you stronger, and improves your overall performance, strength and flexibility!!
Class is $40 a month, giving you 2 days a week.
Mon/Wed Spin 730pm -A 30 min indoor cycling class. This class brings fun energetic movements, and mixes it with even better music! We keep thar heart pumping, and help bring you to your full potential. Spin classes can improve your outdoor or treadmill walking. Spin classes can improve your legs strength for just about anything. Including strength training at other gyms such as deadlifts, snatches, squats just about anything that requires a strong base (your legs, glutes and back).
This class is $40 a month for 2 daysna week. Can even combine it with out 6am Tuesday/Thursday class as well. To get more of what you love!
As mentioned above we offer a Tue/Thursday 6am SPIN class as well. $40 a month. Same benefits as above!!

NEW** MODIFIED BGS on Tue/Thursday at 9am. This class do not require any type of on/off the floor. We want to help you regain flexibility, regain movements, regain more energy, and regain anything that life has stole from you!!
This class is for anyone who is a bit older but wants to build some strength back from a surgery, an absence from working out, or even never working out. We use your body, lite to mild weights (based on you solely), a chair, resistance bands, steps and lots of other surprises along the way!!
If you have gained some weight, if you are just a bit older. If you simple just want to keep moving and improve yourself!!
THIS IS YOUR CLASS!!
Class is $35 a month meeting twice a week.
