Ever wanted to try pole but felt too nervous, too inexperienced, or “not strong enough”? This is your chance.

Join us for FREE beginner pole classes designed for absolute beginners in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment. No experience, flexibility, or upper body strength needed — just show up ready to try something new and surprise yourself with what you can do.

There’s a version of you that moves differently.

Not louder. Not faster. Just more intentional, more grounded, more you than you’ve ever let yourself be in motion.

Julia’s Low Flow Pole class on Monday nights at 7:45 is where that version starts showing up.

This isn’t about rushing tricks or forcing shapes that don’t feel like yours yet. It’s about learning how to let movement connect—how to make transitions feel like something you’ve always known how to do, even if it is the first time you’re truly trying.

You don’t need to be “advanced enough.” You just need a little pole experience and the willingness to stay in the moment when things feel unfamiliar. That’s where the magic actually is.

Heels are optional. Confidence is not required (it will build itself on the way).

And somewhere between the music, the floor, and the pole, you’ll notice something shift:
you’re not watching other people do it anymore.

You’re doing it.
