Fairfield Fierce Fairfield Fierce is a leading youth basketball organization that develops athletes, both on and off the court. On the court, leadership takes many forms.

We are geared toward the dedicated player seeking a meaningful, boutique experience. The Fierce Approach is built upon focusing each individual player to approach the game with the mindset of what is best for the team. We genuinely believe that each player in our program is best served by this commitment to teamwork. Winning is a major element of competition — we keep score. But winning is NEVER c

ompromised by lack of sportsmanship. When a game is over, it is over, regardless of whether we agree with the officiating or conduct of the opponent. Competition should bring out the best in young adults. There are teaching moments in both wins and losses. Some players thrive off of relentless intensity and assertiveness. Others perform with a certain calm and coolness. Both temperaments can be equally effective. With a Fierce focus on teamwork and discipline — our players use their basketball experience as a vehicle to develop life skills.
