What is mine will always be mine.
When you get to the point of trusting the time and effort that you’ve put in, then you can breathe and play.
You have to implement an every day action to reach your desired dream.
Then, like an onstage performance, you have to let go.
All the affirmations, all the sweat, all the emails, all the swings, and all the pitches. And for 1.5 hours you let your body take over.

I do believe in mental toughness. There is ZERO time in a game (AND LIFE) to look in other people’s lanes and start blaming. THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU SHOULD BE IN A GAME.
You can’t remain present, you can’t make changes, and you can’t become better by the belief that you can’t change your outcome.
These ARE life lessons that one day will play out in real life. It will not go your way 100% of the time. But that isn’t the time to blame. That is your time to self-reflect and find ownership in your outcome.
