🌅 As August comes to a close, we cannot help but be ever so thankful for this summer. We have grown as a Shine community in number and in spirit. So many familiar, committed faces mixed with bright new smiles!

Mat Pilates in our spacious studio offered AM + PM Monday and Wednesday at SHINE Fairfield 🌅

This workout is about 45 minutes long and focuses on coupling intentional breathing with controlled, precise movements. Using body weight for some exercises and tools such as small free weights or a Pilates ring for others, clients are guided through a flow by our Pilates instructors.

Our private studio allows for flexibility in scheduling and a comfortable learning environment for clients. This video gives a glimpse into the use of the reformer machine to stretch muscles, focus on posture, and build strength. 🪴
