At GCA Norwalk, we’re more than a gym—we are a progressive, community-centered program that prioritizes the well-being of the whole child. With two customers—our students and their families—we take pride in going above and beyond to create memorable experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.

We are currently hiring for experienced gymnastics coaches, front desk staff, or a combination of both. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about helping kids grow, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

Position: Gymnastics Coach, Front Desk Staff, or Combo Role
Availability: At least 2 weekday afternoons (4:00-8:00 PM) and Saturday mornings
Additional Hours: More hours available for the right candidate
Pay: Competitive rate, commensurate with experience

Experience in gymnastics coaching, customer service, or both
