📣 Reminder for Families & Teams

Just a few quick reminders:

• 📸 Some teams have pictures tomorrow (weather depending). Photos will take place on the football field. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time slot so we can stay on schedule.

• 📅 Calendar fundraisers are due. Drawings will begin next weekend. I will attach the form for anyone who needs an extra copy—thank you for your support and participation!

Most importantly, ⚽️🏀🏈 please enjoy the games this weekend and have a great time supporting your players!

⚽🍦 Wednesday Night PAL Soccer Fun! 🍦⚽

The weather is looking beautiful for Wednesday night games this week, and we’re excited for another fun night at the fields!

🌭🍕 Come grab dinner before the games!
We’ll have a limited number of:
• Hot dogs
• Pizza
• Grilled cheese
• Dinner combo options

Perfect for a busy soccer evening!

🍦 Most importantly… the Darling’s Ice Cream for a Cause truck will be joining us to support PAL Soccer! 🍦The BEST part? The ice cream is completely FREE, and all donations collected go directly back to support the PAL Soccer program.

Bring the family, grab a treat, support a great cause, and enjoy a fun night with our community!

🚗 Parking Reminder:
The ice cream truck will arrive around 5:30 PM. To safely get them parked with so many kids around, the soccer parking lot will be temporarily closed until they are fully set up. There will still be plenty of parking available for baseball and football families.

Wednesday night games are always a blast, and the kids have so much fun!

⚽️ GAME DAY IS TOMORROW! ⚽️

We are so excited to kick off the soccer season and see all of our players out on the fields! 🥳

A few quick reminders:
🚗 Please park in the soccer, football, or baseball lots — no parking along the road near the cement blocks.
👏 Many players are brand new to soccer this season, so let’s keep the environment positive, encouraging, and fun for everyone!
🦺 Our referees are learning too — thank you for showing patience and kindness.
🥪 Concessions will be OPEN with breakfast sandwiches, baked goods, snacks, drinks, and more!

We are also still looking for donations and volunteers for tomorrow. Any help is greatly appreciated!

⚽️ Soccer Update ⚽️

All rosters have been finalized! Coaches should be reaching out soon if they haven’t already.

Teams are now set, and shirts will be ordered for each player based on the team they have been placed on. Because of this, rosters are now final.

Hello PAL Soccer families! ⚽️

I’m hoping the grade-level issue has now been resolved and all players have been updated at this time. I will begin making teams for 1st–6th grade tonight. ✅

🚨 PreK–K is still in need of 1–3 coaches. I cannot make PreK–K teams until we have enough coaches in place. If you are able to help, please reach out! Coaches would practice 1 night per week and attend games on Saturday mornings. 🙌

📋 Coaches will receive rosters within the next couple of days and will then begin reaching out to families.

🚨 Last Few Hours to Register! 🚨

This is your final reminder—there are only a few hours left to register for the spring soccer season before the registration system closes at NOON TODAY.

⏰ Once the system closes, registrations will be shut off and I will not be able to reopen or extend it. No late registrations will be accepted, as teams must be finalized and uniforms need to be ordered.

⚽ All players must be registered by 12:00 PM today in order to participate this spring.

📍 All registered players can participate in today’s clinic at Colby College:
• Pre-K – 2nd Grade @ 1:00 PM
• 3rd – 6th Grade @ 2:30 PM

🚨 FINAL Reminder – Registration Closes Sunday at NOON! 🚨

❗ Registrations will NOT be accepted after April 26th as teams need to be finalized and uniforms need to be ordered. The registration link will close at noon on Sunday, April 26th, and I will not be able to extend or reopen it. All players must be registered by this deadline in order to participate in the spring season.

📧 Important: Everyone who is registered will be receiving an email later tonight with full clinic details.

⚽ Soccer Clinic at Colby College – Sunday, April 26th:
• Pre-K – 2nd Grade: 1:00 PM
• 3rd – 6th Grade: 2:30 PM

📋 What’s Next?
• Teams will be formed the week of April 27th
• Coaches will reach out with a TeamReach link
• First games are scheduled for May 9th (weather and field conditions permitting)
