Spring is just around the corner, and we're excited to announce new classes designed to help you unlock your full potential and welcome positive change into your life!
Our new offerings include
- Pilates foundations,
- Mens Over 55 classes,
- Vinyasa Yoga wake up flow ,
- Saturday Mat Pilates for beginners to improvers.
We're also opening up regular spots for weekly attendees looking to
- master their neuromuscular system,
- coordinate movement,
- refine motor control and balance,
- improve posture,
and feel your best in years!

- 11:00 AM Pilates: Over 55's (2 spaces),
- 6:15 PM Pilates: Beginners - Improvers (1 space);
Tuesday
- 8:00 AM Vinyasa Yoga: Wake Up Flow Mary (6 spaces),
- 11:00 AM Pilates: Foundations (1 space),
- 2:00 PM Pilates: Mens Over 55's (1 space),
- 5:15 PM Pilates: Intermediate - Advanced (1 space);
Wednesday
- 9:00 AM Pilates: Beginners - Improvers (1 space),
- 11:00 AM Pilates: Over 55's (2 spaces);
Thursday
- 11:00 AM Pilates: Foundations (1 space),
- 2:00 PM Pilates: Mens Over 55's (1 space);
Friday
- 9:00 AM Pilates: Beginners - Improvers (1 space),
- 10:15 AM Pilates: Over 55’s (2 spaces);
Saturday
- 10:00 AM Pilates: All levels Flow (2 spaces),
- 11:15 AM Mat Pilates: beginners - improvers (4 spaces);
Sunday
- 9:00 AM Vinyasa Yoga: Strengthen & Flow Mary (4 spaces).
