Jiu-Jitsu teaches us to be problem solvers.

Taking what most would consider a major set back & using it as a net positive!

Tonight we worked on rear choke defenses & the kids are starting to understand that just because you’re in a bad situation doesn’t mean there isn’t an opportunity waiting to be discovered.

It was a great evening on the mats!!! 🙏

We’re thrilled to announce we have rented the city pool!!

July 10th 7pm-9pm

We will have a sign up sheet at Elevation for volunteers that want to help out by bringing any food or drinks we have a few people making hamburgers & brats any help is greatly appreciated!!

This is our way of saying thank you to our valuable students we appreciate you!! 🙌🙌🙌

Seeing their self control, confidence, & self esteem grow is an amazing experience.

This week we’re teaching the kids flexibility.
Life isn’t always a straight path forward sometimes there’s unexpected challenges that arise, we have to be flexible & make the best out of every situation!!

We want to prepare these kids for the battles that happen on & off the mats helping our community is an honor & equipping these kids with the tools necessary for them to grow into great people is why we do what we do!! 🙏🙏🙏

As a father all I want, is to know she can protect herself.
I won’t always be there to protect her & the fact that I know she can handle herself against an attacker gives me such a piece of mind.

She’s not just learning techniques she’s learning life lessons as well her ability to stay calm and focused is something truly remarkable!!
