Starting this friday (9/4) we will be hosting a weekly wrestling class taught by coach Jack Lawrence

🤼‍♂️2x Reigonal placer
🤼‍♂️8 years of high-level wrestling
🤼‍♂️Well-versed in Greco-roman, Folkstyle, and Freestyle wrestling

For anyone who wants to sharpen up their wrestling transitions and scrambles, to those who have never wrestled before, this class is for anyone who wants to improve!
