My fitness transformation... It takes a lot of hard work, and dedication, but the results you see are worth it. You look and feel better, and you are more confident. My fitness journey started when I graduated college, and I had realized I gained about 20lbs. I started weight training at the gym and doing two cardio days. My diet in college was pretty terrible as you can imagine, so being back home with homemade food really helped me in my fitness journey. The more I worked out, and ate right the more results I was seeing, and the more interested I got into the fitness world. I started heavy lifting and HIIT training, along with a proper diet and that's when I started seeing the biggest results. When I started this journey I was 155lbs. I am now a happy 135lbs. The gym became a part of my life. Now, going to the gym is my favorite part of the day. I want to share what I have learned over the years with people who are in the same state that I was in when I graduated college. I want to help make a change in people's lives because I know how much of a difference it made in mine.
