Special thanks to my brother, Alex Bennett, who recently found a document I created years ago for training with the Slinger Bag. I had thought it was lost for good, so I’m excited to finally be able to share it with the tennis community.

Although it's been a few years since I last created videos for these drills, I plan to continue updating this guide and adding new content to my YouTube channel.

Please keep in mind that this guide is currently under construction. I just recovered the original document, so I'll be revising, expanding, and improving it over the coming weeks.
