When Brian came to work today he thought he was going to have his typical Monday filled with clerical work. Boy was he wrong. He didn’t let his outfit dictate not claiming up a small ladder and getting right to work fixing what needed to be fixed.

This is true to a lot of us in our daily lives. Maybe we forget a pair of shoes or our t-shirt. So we skip the workout. Rather then skip it next time try adapting.

We would like to congratulate two of our outstanding members of Exurb Waldorf (Kiresten & Rachel) for a great 2022 Girls Varsity Lacrosse season, playing for North Point High School.

Both girls scored dozens of goals and won 7 games along with their amazing team and coaching staff.

You may often see these two ladies in the gym putting in extra work for physical conditioning, flexibility and stamina, in the off season.

We should all take a page from their book and be more like them. Dedicated to fitness, doing work that is not required of them, knowing the benefits they will gain.

Congratulations North Point High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse, on an amazing season.
