For years, Chris thought a back flare up meant life had to stop.
The couch. Heat. Ice. Advil. Waiting for the pain to disappear.
And every setback restarted the same cycle.
What changed wasn’t that pain magically disappeared forever.
What changed was his response to it.
Instead of shutting down completely, he learned how to adjust. How to recover. How to keep moving safely through functional movement, strength training, mobility, and understanding his body better.
That shift changed everything.
Now, setbacks no longer control his life. He has tools, confidence, and a plan to move forward without falling back into fear and avoidance.
This is what resilience looks like. Not perfection. Not never having pain again.
But building the ability to keep moving forward anyway.
If you’re stuck in the cycle of stopping every time pain shows up, know this: your body is more adaptable than you think.
