Registration for Spring Basketball is Open now at http://www.burkebasketball.org. The Spring league is meant to be fun and allow players to play with their friends. No standings are kept and there are no playoffs.

Unlike the Winter season, there are no evaluations and no draft.

On time registration will end on March 15th with a fee of $85. After March 15th, players who register are not guaranteed to be placed on a team plus they will need pay an additional $20 late fee. Registration will close on March 24th.

Season dates: Games will start in early April and in early June. No games Memorial Day May 25-27. No games during spring break.

Evolution's Programs Training High School, College, & Pro 5th-8th Grade w/ Travel or AAU experience Training is available year-round in Fairfax & Loudoun County. We are extremely proud of the 200+ College Players who have developed through our Training programs.

Burke Basketball Spirit Wear is available to order online through Burke Sporting Goods.

Don't miss out on a great way to get your players and their fans into some Burke hoops gear they will be proud to sport around town. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds generated go back into our program to help us in funding scholarship players, community programs, gym projects, and other worthy causes.

Orders will be finished 2 weeks from when they are placed.

Orders can be picked up at Burke Sporting Goods or shipped to the person’s home for a small fee.

In order to reduce the cost for using the Fairfax County Public School gyms, we are required to provide Volunteer Building Directors during gym use.
During practices, a coach or an assistant coach can act as the VBD. During games, the Coaches, Time/Scorekeepers CAN NOT serve as the team VBD.

Each team is required to have 2 parents (VBD's must be 18 years of age or older) as certified VBD's

The process to become a certified VBD is brief and consists of viewing a short video and then taking an on-line test through the Fairfax County website. Once you submit and pass the test, the County will send you a certificate of completion via email. You must carry this certificate with you at all times when you serve as VBD at the FCPS gyms. To watch the video and take the short test, you will need to create an account and log into the Fairfax County's FAR system.

· Click on the “Director Profile” tab



From there, you can watch the video, take the test, and access any forms you may need.

With the loooong Holiday break from school and basketball, join Evolution for our Holiday Break Camp to continue to develop your game in a fun, competitive, and exciting environment. Camps are @ Evolution’s Merrifield Facility (Fairfax). Sessions are December 26th-28th and January 2nd-4th. 6th-8th grade Boys/Girls are from 9:00am-12:00pm and 3rd-5th Grade Boys/Girls are from 12:30pm-3:30pm. The cost is $150. The wait list for Boys JV Basketball will be open until Sunday 11/18/18.

Players can join the wait list until 11/18/18, after that date registration will be closed. There is no guarantee the wait listed players will be placed on a team. JV evals will occur on 11/26.
