🚨Practice Canceled for All KWG LOCATIONS 🚨. Hi Parents,
Due to the extreme heat today, practice is canceled this evening.
We know the kids are excited to get on the field, especially this early in the season, but player safety has to come first. With temperatures and heat index this high, strenuous outdoor activity can increase the risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion, and heat-related illness. Even with plenty of water and breaks, these conditions can make it difficult for young athletes to safely practice.
We would rather miss one practice than put our players at unnecessary risk. Please keep the kids cool and hydrated this evening!
