Dancers ages 11 and up (advanced beginner-advanced) are invited to participate in our “A Day With OCDC” precision jazz masterclass this Friday November 21st! We are excited to welcome former Radio City Rockette Sarah Staker Wenstrom to the studio!
Cost: $35
Payments can be made via Zelle- Onyx Contemporary Dance Company or by cash/check at the door (Checks should be made out to OCDC).

Bio
Sarah Wenstrom is originally from Portsmouth, Ohio. She began her training at the age of 3 in Greenup, Kentucky and continued onto WSU in Dayton, Ohio; where she received her BFA in Dance. Sarah has trained at NCSA, Giordano Dance Chicago, Perri Dance, BDC, and Steps. For 12 years Sarah performed in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. While in NYC, Sarah additionally performed in the New York Spring Spectacular, & New York Spectacular by Mia Michaels. She has performed with the Rockettes on AGT, Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade, The Today Show, Live with Kelly and Ryan, The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, The Ellen Show, Christmas in Rockefeller Plaza, The Tony Awards, the NBA All Star Game, and many others. She has performed with artist; Christina Aguilera, Flo Rida, and Pitbull. Prior to Radio City her other performances include Promises, Promises at Stages St Louis, Aida at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, and dancing all over the world for Holland America Cruise Line. Sarah has served as assistant dance captain on Rockette events, taught for the Rockettes Summer Intensive, as well as other Rockette education programs. She is certified in the basic and beginning levels of the Giordano Technique. She now lives with her family in Indiana where she trains students privately and serves as a master instructor for studios and institutions across the U.S.
