Ok season pass lovers. It's time! Our pre-season discounted pass sale is online through the month of October only. Don't forget and come in too late (happens every year). Just do it now.

Benefits include 15% off regular price, no waiting in ticket line, passholder parking and warm up/boots on lodge at mid mountain on busy days. Improved "Last Chance" trail across to the sunny side runs, and green plate/Sundance.

9/01/26 the annual Mowing of the Moose is finished!

We mow annually to provide the smoothest, stubble and rock free surface possible, allowing us to open earlier than most northwestern and Alaska ski areas.

Looking forward to a "normal" season with 55+ shred days and plenty of soft dry snow and above zero afternoons. Our discount season pass sale starts October 1 and runs through Halloween.

We want to thank our Ski Patrol, lodge employees, bus drivers, groomers, mechanic and CUSTOMERS for sticking with us during the 2025 - 2026 season. It was a record cold one! Thank you all!!

We will have discounted 2026-2027 season passes for sale online only during October 2026.

Moose Mountain is now CLOSED for the season. Now confirmed as the coldest winter on record, we were still able to open 38 days this winter, a bit short of our usual 50+ days, many of them below zero F.

We did have great snow, although it didn't start until December, and really came down in February. Snow quality has been great, with a rain free winter this year.

Our grooming crew kept the mountain in great shape and the buses got us to the top warm and dry.

GAPER DAY #2....We'll have another drawing for 1 season pass 2 p.m. Wear a costume and get two chances. (You must have a current season pass or today's ticket to enter.)

The lodge will open at 10:30, first bus at 11. Prime time is 1:30 pm for $5 off. Rentals are due back at 4:30 pm. Last bus for experienced shredders and people without rentals is 4:45 pm.

The lodge closes at 5:25 pm, please have your ride arranged.

The Moose Mountain Ski Patrol has already sold all of the burgers, dogs and etc. so there will be no mountain top barbecue this weekend. Thanks to all who donated this month!
