Let everyone know Flat Mountain Ranch is for sale. Over this past year several things happened that ultimately changed the direction of my life. The ranch has potential to bring in over $8,000/month and if you teach/train, even more. So if you know of anyone, let them know.

To all my "horsey" FB friends here in the Fbks area: Since it's monsoon season, I have several dry stalls with plenty of bedding, if you're in need of getting your horses out of this weather, muck and mud. Have a great weekend!
