🇺🇸 Something I hear very often in sessions is this:

💭 “Why does it hurt so much when people don’t choose me?”

And many times, the pain doesn’t come only from the rejection itself…
but from everything the person starts believing about themselves afterward.

“I’m not enough.”
“Something is wrong with me.”
“Maybe I should be different.”

🐾 This is something we work on a lot in coaching:
how to stop turning every “no” into a wound against your self-worth.

Because while there are tools that can help, every person experiences rejection differently.

What works for someone else…
may not be what you need.

And that’s where I can support you:
understanding why it hurts so much,
working on the way you speak to yourself after rejection,
and helping it stop feeling like something that defines your value.

🇲🇽 Algo que escucho muy seguido en sesiones es esto:

💭 “¿Por qué me afecta tanto que no me elijan?”

Y muchas veces el dolor no viene solo del rechazo…
sino de todo lo que la persona empieza a pensar sobre sí misma después de vivirlo.

“No soy suficiente.”
“Algo está mal conmigo.”
“Tal vez debería ser diferente.”

🐾 Con muchas personas trabajamos justamente eso:
cómo dejar de convertir cada “no” en una herida contra su valor personal.

Porque aunque existen herramientas que pueden ayudarte, cada persona vive el rechazo de forma distinta.

Lo que funciona para alguien más…
puede no ser lo que tú necesitas.

Y ahí es donde puedo acompañarte yo:
a entender por qué duele tanto,
a trabajar la forma en que te hablas después del rechazo
y a hacer que deje de sentirse como algo que define tu valor.

🇺🇸 Sometimes rejection hurts not because of what happened…
but because of what we believe it says about us.

A “no” can quickly turn into:
“I’m not enough.”
“Something is wrong with me.”
“I should’ve been different.”

But not every rejection is about your worth.
Sometimes it’s about preferences, timing… or simply compatibility.

🇲🇽 A veces el rechazo no duele por lo que pasó…
sino por lo que creemos que significa.

Un “no” puede activar muchas dudas:
si eres suficiente, si hiciste algo mal, si deberías ser diferente.

Pero no todo rechazo habla de ti.
A veces habla de gustos, momentos… o simplemente de compatibilidad.
