I have applied to be a sponsored athlete!! I have been interested in working with Shawn for a long time! I am excited to potentially be afforded this opportunity.
I believe I would thrive in my personal goals having his guidance. I want to be able to properly fuel for life and all of my crazy fitness shenanigans. Shawn is the right man for the job.

Well 24.3 ended up scaled but that is ok! I could not get my chest to bars even a little bit consistently. I am strong enough but my technique was off. I determined that after watching a whole bunch of other people do them. I will go after it much more throughout the year. Goals: consistent t2b, DU, C2B, MU, HSW and endurance!!

Ok I got to share this because...I think its awesome! Even after being sick for a month, my improvement throughout the years that I have been doing Crossfit!

Crossfit is measurable!! Look at that!! 2021 I was pregnant during the open which is why it spikes because I scaled like crazy but still got the job done. Bring on the next two workouts!! Im ready

Ashton has won his first two matches. Now he has one more left today to see if he goes to the semi-finals. I am headed to go do CrossFit open 24.1. Hopefully I can get it done fast and go right back to the tournament for Ashton's last match! Wish me luck!

Update:
Ashton won his third match! Semifinals in the am. Cutting some water tonight!

I did RX for Open 24.1 and finished with 8 secs left on the clock. Woohoo buddy after being sick for a month and not being able to workout much...that was aweful...ly amazing hahaha 🤣🤣 Thank you Siera for twinning with me for friday night lights!
