Saturday morning folks. We train the body to be sharp and the mind to be engaged. We don't let hesitation or fear take root. We started small, and look where we are now. Is it intense?No doubt! But it's all done inmoderation with a lot of modification along the way! As an instructor you need to be apart of the process broken down into small pieces. No rush cause we got time to "Rise & Shine” together.
