Sunday Devotional - Sometimes we search for answers, direction, and peace when what we really need is to simply be still and trust God.

His presence goes with us through every season, every struggle, and every unknown road ahead. And when we lean on Him, He gives us the one thing the world can’t provide—true rest. 🙏🍂

“ My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” — Exodus 33:14

Trust Him. Follow Him. Rest in His presence. ❤️🙏

Social media makes it look like everyone is consistently tagging 180"+ bucks, sitting in the perfect spot, and having everything go exactly as planned.

But real deer hunting? It’s patience. It’s long sits. It’s blown opportunities. It’s empty days. It’s learning from mistakes. And sometimes… it’s just sitting in the woods enjoying God’s creation. 🌲

I started deer hunting for the experience, the challenge, the connection to the outdoors—and the memories made along the way.

Maybe it’s time we stop comparing our hunts to someone else’s highlight reel and get back to the WHY behind hunting.

🎯 Social Media vs. Real Life — Let’s talk about it.

Kale is possibly our favorite foodplot plant. Survives killing frosts and cold snaps. Stays green through out the winter months and deer just flock to it when there is nothing left.

There’s just something about getting the bow ready, stepping into the woods, and knowing another deer season is right around the corner. 🦌🏹

The gear, the preparation, the practice—it all matters. But at the end of the day, it’s about getting back to the basics, enjoying God’s creation, and making memories in the outdoors.

The countdown is on. Who else is ready to hit the woods? 🔥
