We also have a great retro vibe spinning vinyl with an awesome hydration station, supplements individual re-composition journals. Semi-private training gives yo

u many of the same benefits of private training while sharing the space with up to 3 other clients. This includes a comprehensive assessment and re-composition journal. We work together on designated areas (legs/glutes for example) but each person is doing exercises specific to their goal - all with the eyes of coach Peggy on you.
