Bring a buddy and join us for an afternoon of Martial arts training, games, pizza, raffles & board breaking!

Saturday, Oct. 3
2:30 - 4:00 PM

Spots are available on a first come, first serve basis- 10 spots limited.

To sign up:
1. Add the student’s name + buddy’s name to the sign-up sheet on school’s wall.
2. Have your buddy complete the registration through QR code or link that is provided via email.

Come train, play, break some boards, and have some fun with your buddy!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Game & Movie Night!

From games and laughter to movie time with friends, it was a night full of great memories. We love creating opportunities for our students to connect, have fun, and enjoy being part of the Hong Ik family-both on & off the mat.

Peewee class isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about learning how to:
- listen carefully
- follow directions
- stay focused
- and keep trying even when it’s hard.

For many of them, this is their first time learning structure in a group setting and step by step, they improve every class.

Kicks are fun. But the life skills matter more.

Every candidate gave their absolute best and pushed through every challenge in front of them.

From steep uphill runs to nonstop conditioning, no HIMA student backed down from the obstacles they faced. đź‘Š
