We are a family-oriented school offering training in Shotokan Karate, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and personal fitness training.

At Fair Haven Martial Arts weprovide a safe and structured environment where our students learn to protect themselves from bullying and learn to have respect for eachother to avoid becoming bullies themselves.

In "King of the Box" our students get practice in respect and good sportsmanship by exercising control over what they say in saying "good game" and by shaking hands, whether they won or lost.

What an epic day at the dojo filled with some of the best people I know. Our black belt tests are always life changing but this one really felt special. Just an amazing display of martial arts skills and knowledge. All together in an environment of shared love of karate. Getting to senior yellow not only means that you have become more proficient in the techniques of karate, it symbolizes true commitment to learning the art. While earning the yellow belt shows commitment, the senior yellow shows conviction in toward that goal; it shows that you have discipline and can perservere.
