Katy’s interest in yoga began about 12 years ago while working as an interior designer in New York City. She found yoga to be a great way to center her day and a relief from the stress and pressures of everyday life. As an active individual working to balance her day, Katy always found enough time each day to continue her practice. Fast forward to today, living on the Jersey Shore, and now a moth

er of three, Katy poured her love for yoga into developing an exciting new career. With her family’s encouragement she completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance training in affiliation with Ashram Yoga of New Zealand in May 2016 at Coba Yoga. Living near the beach with a passion for all water sports, Katy completed her Standup Paddle Yoga teacher training in August 2016 through Flow Paddle Yoga instructor Sally Bruno. Katy is truly excited and feels very blessed to share her passion for yoga in or out of the water.
