F-P boys Babe Ruth notched a decisive 14-3 victory over Westhill in an abbreviated game that featured some big slugging and savy defense. 🌧 ⚾️🦅

Hi Folks! With lots of interest in 13u summerball, we will be able to send out (2) teams of roughly 12 kids, which is good - means lots of playing time for everyone. We are finalizing rosters and will put together (2) even squads, and coaches will be sending out team group texts/emails concerning league/umpire fees shortly.

Schedules should be released 6/16
First game week of 6/24

We will most likely have combined practices. We’re thinking Sunday late morning/mid-day maybe with a few mid-week sessions at the hitting cages scattered throughout the season.

All games will be played on the majors rec field ( rec field 2 ) which we will be switching back over to 50/70 after the Rec All Star Game this Saturday. 6pm starts for all games.

The FP PeeWee team beat a good Sherburne team last night 13-12 to advance to the championship game Saturday at 9 am against Morrisville Eaton.

FP 1 and 2 both beat their 2nd round playoff opponents in dramatic fashion last night to advance to the championship game. FP1 used extra innings to dismiss a talented and well coached Morrisville Warrior’s club while FP2 stonewalled a late rally and finally found the winning combination against a deep DeRuyter Rocket’s squad. FP1 will now play FP2 for the championship this Saturday in DeRuyter at 11am.

The PeeWee team has a nice come from behind win last night over Morrisville to remain undefeated! Finding themselves down 4-1 in the bottom of the third against a very good pitcher, they surged back to score 4 runs and go up 5-4. Morrisville was not done they added one of their own in the top of the 4th to tie it up 5-5. After leaving bases loaded in the 4th, the falcons shut Morrisville down in the 5th and scored two runs to make it 7-5. They shut Morrisville down in the 6th to secure the win. The falcons improved their record to 6-0 and play Stockbridge at home one Monday at 6.
