It’s official…Ben Johnson is now the owner of Workout 24/7!! We wish him all the success in the world in his new endeavor! We also want to thank all of the members, past and present, for your continued support of this local business!

We are excited to announce the transfer of ownership of Workout 24/7 to Ben Johnson effective September 1. While we have greatly enjoyed being a part of the Eyota community through this gym, it is time for us to pursue other interests!

Ben is a long-time member of the gym and a resident of Eyota and we have no doubt he is going to do great things with this place! This should go unnoticed to most of you, but if you have any comments or concerns for Ben, please reach out to him at 507-319-3349.

Good Afternoon. I have been notified that there is an issue with some people not being able to access the gym via their smart phone. Please reach out to me via text to let me know if you were having issues 507-272-1664. I am in touch with the company and I’m trying to get things figured out as soon as possible!

New rates effective June 1:

Single $36
2-person family $50
3-person family $55
4-person family $60
5-person family $65

*All rates include tax
*Military, seniors and EMS/FD will get 10% discount
* Current members will be receiving a letter with new rate detail and will take effect August 1.

This is only our second rate increase in nearly 16 years, but is necessary to keep up with rising costs. Thank you for your understanding!!

It hardly seems possible, but this month marks our 15th year in business in the great city of Eyota!! We cannot tell you how blessed and thankful we are to be a part of such a supportive community. It seems like at one point or another nearly all of the people of Eyota have given our gym a try! We thank you all for your support over the years and hope we can continue to provide a safe, clean, affordable place to meet your fitness goals for many more years to come!!

Good evening. Sorry for the late notice, but the electricity will be off from 8-1 tomorrow for pole repair behind the building. The door lock should let you in (as long as the battery back up works), but no lights or treadmills for a few hours. Sorry for the inconvenience!!

Good morning everyone! This is the news we’ve all been waiting for! Masks will no longer be required while working out at Workout 24/7!
Please try to maintain social distancing when working out with others not within your household! We appreciate everyone’s cooperation with us this past year as we tried to follow the state mandates as closely as possible! Let me know if you have any questions!

The painting continues as the walls were in rougher shape than anticipated. We will be putting everything back in its place as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!!

A friendly reminder that tomorrow and Friday will be painting days at the fitness center. We are technically still open, however, there are no TVs available and the equipment is moved around just a bit to accommodate our painters. Painting should be wrapped up by 3:00 each day. Thank you for your patience as we work to update the facility!

Next week, Thursday and Friday, we are going to be painting the front room at the gym! This is going to take some time and preparation which will require us to take everything off the walls, including the TVs, and move some things around for a few days. We will be coming in on Wednesday to get things ready and we use the weekend to get everything back in its place! It will be worth it, but we ask you for your patience during this time!

Tomorrow is the day!! We are once again allowed to be open!! Three big things to keep in mind:

1. Masks must be worn at ALL TIMES!
2. Stay 12 feet apart! We have moved equipment around a bit to help facilitate this.
3. No more than 10 people in the gym at a time!

Well, here we go again 😢 Amid the rising cases of COVID in our state, Governor Walz has ordered the closure gyms and fitness centers for four weeks, beginning Saturday morning (Nov 21). Therefore, unfortunately, we will be locking the doors once again and will not be able to allow members to use the gym.
There will be no membership payments processed on December 1. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Hopefully Mother nature will give us some pleasant days to get outside and get some fresh air and exercise. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions! Stay safe and have a very happy Thanksgiving!
