So I found a pair of elk grips (thanks Will Burn Powder) and they were a white/gray. I wanted an aged look like the Grashorn set I got from Cpl Henry.
After some research, and following Sack Peterson’s website advice. I got some tan Fiebings leather die and mixed just a little with some isopropyl alcohol and applied one coat with a cotton ball. Then buffed with a clean cloth. I think they came out pretty good.

Gone. Wi******er Miroku 1873 357 competition ready, 20” round barrel, vivid case hardened receiver, end cap, & butt plate. Grade 3 walnut stock.
