One of my favorite things to do is meet people where they are in their fitness journey and help them formulate workouts that work for their schedule, lifestyle, and level.
Weight training is about so much more than lifting heavy weights and looking a certain way. There’s nothing better than hearing a client talk about their wins such as walking up to 10 miles everyday on their vacation with no pain, performing exercises they never thought they could have done before, having the energy to keep up with grandchildren, and so much more.
