Integrating Pilates into our daily movements helps strengthen the whole body, which can help decrease pain and increase vitality
and quality of life. Here at On Point, we offer small group classes to ensure quality instruction and individualized learning experience. Pilates is safe for all levels of fitness and it's never too late to start. We offer modifications and progression to each exercise, so each student’s particular needs are met: from working on basic functionality all the way up to advanced and customized levels of challenge. Furthermore, Pilates is an excellent form of exercise which compliments other forms of exercise, adding true stability and grace, while increasing flexibility and mobility. Private and semi-private sessions are available by appointment.
