Welcome to On Point Pilates Studio where mindful movement is our passion. Moving mindfully and efficiently, the cornerstones of the Pilates Method, brings awareness to one's posture, connects breathing to proper core activation, and encourages healthy movement patterns. Integrating Pilates into our daily movements helps strengthen the whole body, which can help decrease pain and increase vitality

and quality of life. Here at On Point, we offer small group classes to ensure quality instruction and individualized learning experience. Pilates is safe for all levels of fitness and it's never too late to start. We offer modifications and progression to each exercise, so each student’s particular needs are met: from working on basic functionality all the way up to advanced and customized levels of challenge. Furthermore, Pilates is an excellent form of exercise which compliments other forms of exercise, adding true stability and grace, while increasing flexibility and mobility. Private and semi-private sessions are available by appointment. Exeter Mvmt Crawl: Rock The Block | Saturday, March 21
Join local movement studios and gyms for a walkable downtown movement crawl in the heart of Exeter. Participants will rotate through three guided 25-minute movement sessions at select locations, connected by short walks, and finish with a Rock The Block after-party at Bell Craft Brewing.

Expect a variety of movement styles, live music by Back Harlow Road, açaí bowls from Rush Bowls, food from Up and Smoke, Salt Bus pop-ups, and a fun, welcoming community atmosphere. All levels are welcome.

🕗 Check-in: 8:00–8:45 AM
🕘 Movement crawl begins: 9:00 AM
🎶 After-party: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM

Our local gyms and studios are coming together for a downtown movement crawl celebrating community and living life with zest and vigor, inspired by Joseph Pilates.

We love using the Pilates Arc to teach spinal articulation and support healthy extension. ✨
So many of us spend our days leaning forward at work, in front of a computer, or commuting. Over time, those patterns can leave us feeling stiff, tight, and achy.
