“I just wanted to say that its honor to celebrate the 1989 team, but we need to remember the 1987 and 1988 teams with the players that got us prepared for that magical carpet ride season of 1989. Thanks to the coaches and community because without them and all of you guys would not have been possible! Once BLACK AND GOLD! ALWAYS BLACK AND GOLD! PANTHERS FOR LIFE!!
