Back in the early 90s I taught ballet to the gymnastic teams at Mercer Gymnastics and helped with the floor exercises. The teams went to regional competition and their scores improved.

Grégory Milan, who works with Biles and the French national team, has found a home in gymnastics, though his pure dance background is unusual in the sport.
