☀️ SPLASH STATION RULES & REMINDERS ☀️
As we begin another season at Splash Station, we want everyone to have a safe, fun, and enjoyable summer at the pool. Please take a moment to review a few important rules and reminders before your visit:
🍔 NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK
Absolutely no outside food or beverages are allowed inside Splash Station. Our concession stand is one of the main sources of income that helps keep the pool open each summer. If you enjoy having a community pool available, please support us by utilizing the concession stand during your visit.
Guests are welcome to bring a tumbler or cup with ice, but we kindly ask that beverages be purchased from our concession stand.
🛟 FLOTATION DEVICES REQUIRED
If your child cannot touch the bottom OR is not a strong swimmer — even if they can touch — they are required to wear a flotation device. Lifeguards have the final say in determining when a flotation device is necessary.
Please note: this rule does NOT mean older, strong swimmers are expected to wear flotation devices simply because they are in deeper water. We understand that confident swimmers using the deep end will naturally be unable to touch the bottom. This policy is intended for children who are inexperienced swimmers, struggle in the water, panic easily, or otherwise may not be able to safely swim independently.
This rule is for everyone’s safety. Our lifeguards are responsible for watching the entire pool and cannot focus solely on one swimmer while other emergencies may be happening. Refusal to follow lifeguard instructions or safety rules will result in being asked to leave.
🚭 NO SMOKING OR VA**NG
Smoking and va**ng are strictly prohibited anywhere inside Splash Station, including the bathrooms. Anyone caught smoking or va**ng inside the facility will be asked to leave immediately.
This is a family-friendly environment. You may smoke or v**e in the parking lot only.
🛟 LIFEGUARDS ARE IN CHARGE
Our lifeguards are there to keep everyone safe and must be treated with respect at all times. Lifeguards have the authority to enforce pool rules, address unsafe behavior, determine disciplinary action, and remove guests from the facility for the day if necessary.
⚠️ RESPECT THE FACILITY & OTHERS
Destruction of property, repeated misbehavior, fighting, roughhousing, or ongoing disruption will not be tolerated. We are committed to maintaining a safe and fun environment for all guests and expect everyone to respect the facility, staff, and pool rules.
Anyone damaging property or refusing to follow rules will be asked to leave. Continued behavior issues may result in suspension or being banned for the remainder of the season.
🎟️ SEASON PASS POLICY REMINDER
Season passes are for your household only and are NOT to be shared under any circumstances.
If your family did not purchase a season pass, you may not use someone else’s pass or pass number — even if they offer it to you.
Each season pass is assigned to a specific household, and we do keep track. If you attempt to use a pass that does not belong to your household, you will not be allowed entry.
A few reminders:
• Only members of your immediate household may use your family’s season pass
• Passes may not be “loaned” to friends or other families
• If you do not have a season pass, daily admission must be paid — absolutely NO exceptions
Admission and concession sales are two of the primary ways we generate the funds needed to keep Splash Station open and operating each season. Sharing passes takes away from that support and directly impacts our ability to stay open.
🧑🧑🧒 CHILD SUPERVISION POLICY
Children must be at least 10 years old to attend the pool without an adult present. If a child is being dropped off, Splash Station staff must have a parent or guardian’s name and phone number on file in case of emergency. If we do not have emergency contact information, the child will not be permitted to stay.
We know this may seem like a lot of rules, but overall Splash Station is a very laid-back, family-friendly environment. Most of these policies are simply common-sense rules designed to keep everyone safe and help our pool continue operating for the community. If guests treat the facility, staff, lifeguards, and other patrons with respect, there should be no issues at all. Our goal is simple — we want everyone to have fun, stay safe, and enjoy their summer at Splash Station!
