A note from Laura DesGranges …Reporting in on CrossFit Evergreen at the Boulder Sunset triathlon today—thought you’d want to see your girlies! Teri did a duathlon (run bike run) and got FIRST in her age group despite tripping at the beginning — which ultimately needed stitches! She’s a beast! The rest of us did the sprint and it was Jordan & Ari’s first and they did GREAT! Thanks for keeping us all in shape!
Also Courtney Culligan competed! 🙌Love to hear your results too!

Alright, it’s time.

BROFEST is coming.

On Sunday, September 20th at 1 PM, we’re turning the gym (and the parking lot) into the most testosterone-driven event you can imagine.

Here’s how it’s going down:

💪 45 minutes of pure bro programming starting at 1pm — bench press, curls, chains, wood chopping, and tire flipping.
🔥 Then we fire up the grill and cook whatever meat you brought for yourself.
🍺 Bring your own meat and beers.
🚫 No sides. No utensils. Just plates and your hands. Caveman tailgate rules apply.
🏈 Broncos vs. Jacksonville Jaguars kicks off at 2 PM — we’ll be watching it together on the TVs.

Jorts, boots, and plaid with ripped sleeves are highly encouraged. The more mountain bro, the better.

Ladies are 100% invited too... being a bro spans across all genders friends.

This is completely free. Just sign up in the Wodify app like you would for a normal class so I know how many bros to plan for.

Let’s lift, grill, cheers our drinks, and yell at the refs.
